Ivig side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 27, 2005. Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with hypogammaglobulinaemia, thrombocytopenia and was treated with Ivig. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: empyema, haemodialysis, hypogammaglobulinaemia, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, pulmonary mycosis, renal failure, sepsis What is  sepsis, thrombocytopenia. Ivig dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOFLOXACIN, AMLODIPINE, ALLOPURINOL, DOXAZOSIN, PREDNISONE, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
