Ivig side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on May 31, 2005. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and was treated with Ivig. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular accident. Ivig dosage: 400 MG/KG; EVERY DAY; IV. Patient died.
