Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with fungal infection , febrile neutropenia and was treated with Itraconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest . Itraconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SIGMART, NEOPAREN, VANCOMYCIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, ARODATE. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 81.57 lb, was diagnosed with bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, atypical mycobacterial infection, gastritis prophylaxis, nutritional support  and was treated with Itraconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood pressure decreased, depressed level of consciousness, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased. Itraconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLOVENIN, MUCOSTA, CLARITHROMYCIN, ITRIZOLE, AMINOTRIPA NO. Patient died on 04/23/2008.
