Isovue side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 18, 2008. Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with percutaneous coronary intervention and was treated with Isovue. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cardiac arrest , electrocardiogram st segment elevation, hypersensitivity, mean arterial pressure increased, tachycardia, tongue haemorrhage, ventricular fibrillation. Isovue dosage: 150ML QD INTRA-ARTERIAL. During the same period patient was treated with ANGIOMAX, HEPARIN W, MIDAZOLAM, FENTANYL CITRATE, PLAVIX, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
