Isovorin Side Effects Report #5558100-9
Isovorin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 06, 2007. Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with large intestine carcinoma and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, leukopenia, vomiting. Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ELPLAT, FLUOROURACIL. Patient died on 11/29/2007.

Isovorin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 13, 2007. Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 94.80 lb, was diagnosed with rectal cancer and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, leukopenia, stevens-johnson syndrome, vomiting. Isovorin dosage: 125 MG/BODY=92.6 MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with ELPLAT, FLUOROURACIL. Patient died on 11/29/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, convulsion, heart rate increased, loss of consciousness, nausea . Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ELPLAT, FLUOROURACIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
