Isovorin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 24, 2006. Male patient, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with large intestine carcinoma and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, decubitus ulcer, fall , hyperammonaemia, loss of consciousness. Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXALIPLATIN, FLUOROURACIL. Patient recovered.

Isovorin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 05, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with rectal cancer and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, fall , jaw fracture, platelet count decreased. Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, BEVACIZUMAB, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
