Isovorin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 24, 2006. Male patient, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with large intestine carcinoma and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, decubitus ulcer, fall What is  fall, hyperammonaemia, loss of consciousness. Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXALIPLATIN, FLUOROURACIL. Patient recovered.
