Isovorin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 26, 2006. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 112.4 lb, was diagnosed with rectal cancer and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, depressed level of consciousness, diarrhoea, disseminated intravascular coagulation, leukopenia, metabolic acidosis, neutropenia. Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXALIPLATIN, FLUOROURACIL. Patient died on 07/26/2006.

Isovorin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 19, 2006. Female patient was diagnosed with rectal cancer, blood pressure decreased, antibiotic prophylaxis, stomach discomfort, nausea What is  nausea and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, leukopenia, neutropenia, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, septic shock, thrombocytopenia. Isovorin dosage: 100.8 MG/M2 ON DAYS 1 AND 2. During the same period patient was treated with OXALIPLATIN, FLUOROURACIL, LIDOCAINE, EPINEPHRINE, IMIPENEM CILASTATIN, FAMOTIDINE, METOCLOPRAMIDE. Patient died on 03/17/2006.
