Isovorin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 14, 2007. Male patient, weighting 116.8 lb, was diagnosed with rectal cancer and was treated with Isovorin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, convulsion, heart rate increased, loss of consciousness, nausea . Isovorin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ELPLAT, FLUOROURACIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
