Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 155.0 lb, was diagnosed with coronary artery disease  and was treated with Isosorbide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , product quality issue, syncope, vomiting. Isosorbide dosage: 60 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, NORVASC, ASPIRIN, ATENOLOL, SIMVASTATIN, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
