After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , cerebrovascular accident, chest discomfort, condition aggravated, device failure, myocardial infarction, product quality issue. Isosorbide dosage: 30MG, BID; ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
