Isoptin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 04, 2007. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia, gastrointestinal disorder, ventricular arrhythmia and was treated with Isoptin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, hepatic function abnormal, pyrexia, white blood cell count increased. Isoptin dosage: 120 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, MEXILETINE HYDROCHLORIDE, OLMESARTAN MEDOXOMIL, HALFDIGOXIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemoglobin decreased, headache , neutropenia, platelet count decreased, pyrexia, vomiting. Isoptin dosage: 240 MG QDAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with EPILIM, TRIMETHOPRIM, ZOVIRAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
