After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, bundle branch block left, dehydration, nephrosclerosis, presyncope, renal failure. Isoptin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, ENALAPRIL MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient died.
