Isoptin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Mar 16, 2007. Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Isoptin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , atrial fibrillation , blood potassium increased, blood pressure decreased, bradycardia, cardiac failure, cardiomegaly, cough. Isoptin dosage: 80 MG TID UNK. During the same period patient was treated with SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE, DIGOXIN, WARFARIN, FRUMIL, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Isoptin dosage: 240 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, FUROSEMIDE, ASPIRIN, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
