After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancreatitis acute. Isoniazid dosage: 200 MG, DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPICIN, PYRAZINAMIDE, ETHAMBUTOL, PREDNISOLONE, CYCLOSPORINE, AZATHIOPRINE, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient recovered.
