Isoniazid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 03, 2006. Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis skin test positive and was treated with Isoniazid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic enzyme increased. Isoniazid dosage: 900 MG TWICE A WEEK PO. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPIN, ETHAMBUTOL, PYRAZIDAMIDE. Patient recovered.

Isoniazid dosage: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITHROMYCIN, ETHAMBUTOL HYDROCHLORIDE, RIFAMPICIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
