Female patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis skin test positive and was treated with Isoniazid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, brain herniation, coagulopathy, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic failure, liver transplant , procedural complication, renal failure. Isoniazid dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
