Isoniazid Side Effects Report #4633582-5
Isoniazid side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Apr 11, 2005. Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 133.0 lb, was diagnosed with tuberculosis  and was treated with Isoniazid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chromaturia, decreased appetite, fatigue, jaundice , nausea . Isoniazid dosage: 300MG P.O. EVERY DAY. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 29 years of age, weighting 183.0 lb, was diagnosed with tuberculin test positive and was treated with Isoniazid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain herniation, brain oedema, carpal tunnel syndrome , chromaturia, fatigue, hepatitis fulminant, nausea , ocular icterus. Isoniazid dosage: 300 MG PO QD. Patient died on 03/03/2006.

Isoniazid dosage: 1 TAB 300 MG QD (ONCE/DAY) PO. During the same period patient was treated with PYRIDOXINE. Patient recovered.

Isoniazid dosage: 300MG 1 TABLET DAILY PO. Patient recovered.
