Isoniazid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 29, 2005. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis  and was treated with Isoniazid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal tenderness, anti-hbs antibody positive, ascites, coagulopathy, constipation , hepatitis b antibody positive, hepatomegaly, hypoglycaemia. Isoniazid dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, coagulopathy, cytolytic hepatitis, hepatic atrophy, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic failure, liver transplant , pyrexia, rash . Isoniazid dosage: 300 MG DAILY,. During the same period patient was treated with PYRAZINAMIDE, RIFAMPICIN, VANCOMYCIN, CEFTAZIDIME, ETHAMBUTOL, LEVOFLOXACIN, STREPTOMYCIN, CIPROFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
