Iscotin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 18, 2006. Male patient, 32 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome and was treated with Iscotin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal wall abscess, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, bone marrow failure, cataract What is  cataract, cellulitis What is  cellulitis, cholestasis, creatinine renal clearance decreased, dehydration. Iscotin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL, BAKTAR, PREDNISOLONE, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
