Iron side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Jan 19, 2007. Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was treated with Iron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardio-respiratory arrest, hyperhidrosis, hypotension, rash What is  rash, somnolence. Iron dosage: 500MG X1 IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Iron side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on June 08, 2005. Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was treated with Iron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperhidrosis, hypotension, infusion related reaction. Iron dosage: 25MG ONCE INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with CEFEPIME, TOBRAMYCIN, ORPHENADRINE, METRONIDAZOLE, LINEZOLID, BACLOFEN, ESCITALOPRAM OXALATE, TRAZODONE. Patient recovered.

Iron dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, cardio-respiratory arrest, confusional state, diarrhoea, hyperhidrosis, nausea What is  nausea, oxygen saturation decreased, pallor, respiratory depression. Iron dosage: 500 MG QWEEK IV. Patient died on 06/23/2008.
