Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with serum ferritin decreased and was treated with Iron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, blood pressure increased, disorientation, dizziness , fatigue, gait disturbance, joint swelling, musculoskeletal pain, myalgia. Iron dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
