Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 177.0 lb, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was treated with Iron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, anaphylactic reaction, infusion related reaction, myocardial infarction. Iron dosage: 25MG TEST DOSE IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Iron dosage: 25 MG IV X ONE. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, TRANDOLAPRIL, EZETIMIBE, PRAVASTATIN, IMDUR, METEPOLOL, ALLOPORINOL, AMLODIPINE. Patient recovered.
