Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 377.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, prophylaxis and was treated with Irbesartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, gastroduodenal ulcer, international normalised ratio increased, pneumonia , pyrexia, shock haemorrhagic, upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage.
