Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 88.18 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, prophylaxis and was treated with Irbesartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchiectasis, pneumonia , renal impairment, upper respiratory tract infection. Irbesartan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, CEFOBID, AZITHROMYCIN, HEPARIN, PARACETAMOL, CIPROFLOXACIN, BISOLVON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
