Iopamiron Side Effects Report #5231379-9
Iopamiron side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on Jan 30, 2007. Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with computerised tomogram and was treated with Iopamiron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, blood pressure decreased, chest pain , depressed level of consciousness, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, feeling abnormal, oxygen saturation decreased, shock. Iopamiron dosage: 2 ML. During the same period patient was treated with TANATRIL, PARIET, LIVACT, BERIZYM, CAMOSTAT MESILATE, BIOFERMIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with computerised tomogram, aortic dissection, hypertension, gastritis and was treated with Iopamiron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, chest pain , depressed level of consciousness, dyspnoea, pneumonia aspiration, shock, vomiting. Iopamiron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYGEN, EPINEPHRINE, ADALAT, OMEPRAZOLE, ANTIBIOTICS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, anaphylactoid reaction, arteriospasm coronary, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, chest pain , cold sweat, conjunctival hyperaemia, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, iodine allergy. Iopamiron dosage: 1 ML/SEC. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, SIGMART, FRANDOL TAPE, ADALAT, BUFFERIN, PLETAL, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
