Iopamiron side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on Oct 12, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with abdominal pain
and was treated with Iopamiron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, anaphylactoid reaction, arteriospasm coronary, coronary artery occlusion. and was treated with Iopamiron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, anaphylactoid reaction, arteriospasm coronary, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, chest pain , cold sweat, conjunctival hyperaemia, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, iodine allergy. Iopamiron dosage: 1 ML/SEC. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, SIGMART, FRANDOL TAPE, ADALAT, BUFFERIN, PLETAL, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE. Patient was hospitalized.
