Female patient, weighting 6.94 lb, was diagnosed with patent ductus arteriosus, congenital pulmonary valve atresia and was treated with Iopamidol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, hypotension, metabolic acidosis, peritoneal dialysis, renal failure. Iopamidol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIPLE, LASIX, CEFAMEZIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, bradycardia, hypotension, rash . Iopamidol dosage: 100 ML IV A FEW MINS. During the same period patient was treated with NITROGLYCERIN, MORPHINE. Patient died.
