Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with spinal myelogram, spondylolisthesis and was treated with Iopamidol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, sciatica . Iopamidol dosage: 8 ML, IT. Patient died.

Iopamidol dosage: 100 ML. Patient died.

Iopamidol dosage: 0.5 ML, IR. During the same period patient was treated with XYLOCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE, HYDROCORTANCYL, MIGPRIV, ACETAMINOPHEN, VIDORA. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Iopamidol dosage: 0.5 ML, IR/A FEW SECS. During the same period patient was treated with XYLOCAINE HYDROCHLORIDE, HYDROCORTANCYL, MIGPRIV, DOLIPRANE, VIDORA. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
