Iodixanol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 16, 2008. Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with surgery What is  surgery, cardiac failure congestive and was treated with Iodixanol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, contrast media reaction, mitral valve incompetence, nephritis, renal tubular necrosis. Iodixanol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HETASTARCH IN CHLORIDE PLASTIC CONTAINER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
