Invirase side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Dec 12, 1997. Male patient, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection , prophylaxis, mycobacterium avium complex infection and was treated with Invirase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cachexia, dyspnoea, hypertension, left ventricular dysfunction, myocarditis, pyrexia, renal failure. Invirase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVIR, BACTRIM, LITHIUM, DEPAMIDE, CLARITHROMYCIN, MYAMBUTOL, STAVUDINE, EPIVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/08/1997.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, conjunctivitis, convulsion, corneal abscess, dysphagia, dyspnoea, enterobacter infection, hypotension. Invirase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZERIT, ALLOPURINOL, PIRILENE, RIMIFON, LASIX, DETENSIEL, KAYEXALATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Invirase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COMBIVIR, NORVIR. Patient died on 03/20/2006.
