Invanz Side Effects Report #4635531-2
Invanz side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 17, 2005. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis, dialysis , cardiac failure congestive, nocardiosis, hypothyroidism and was treated with Invanz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, blood creatinine increased, blood glucose abnormal, confusional state, delirium, hallucination, hypoglycaemia, lethargy, mental status changes. Invanz dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RENAGEL, SPIRIVA, COREG, BACTRIM DS, LISINOPRIL, FOLIC ACID, AMIODARONE, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
