Intralipid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Sept 17, 2004. Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 51.59 lb, was diagnosed with parenteral nutrition and was treated with Intralipid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, colectomy, hepatic failure, liver transplant What is  liver transplant. Intralipid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXTROSE, TRAVASOL, RINGER, ZANTAC. Patient recovered.
