Intralipid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Sept 17, 2004. Male patient, weighting 10.93 lb, was diagnosed with gastroschisis and was treated with Intralipid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter sepsis, cholestasis, condition aggravated, pyrexia. Intralipid dosage: 24 ML/ - DAILY/ INTRAVENOUS INF. During the same period patient was treated with DEXTROSE, TROPHAMINE, CYSTEINE, ZANTAC, LEVOCARNITINE, HEPARIN, MULTVITAMINS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
