Intralipid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 18, 2007. Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with parenteral nutrition, small intestinal obstruction and was treated with Intralipid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis
, phlebitis, pyrexia, therapeutic product contamination, white blood cell count increased. Intralipid dosage: 250ML DAILY IV DRIP. Patient recovered.
