Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with stent placement, acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Integrilin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atelectasis, gingival bleeding, haematemesis, hypotension, obstructive airways disorder, pleural effusion, pulmonary alveolar haemorrhage, pulmonary haemorrhage, pulmonary thrombosis. Integrilin dosage: 14.6 MG; ONCE; INBO,; INDRP. During the same period patient was treated with TENECTEPLASE, LOVENOX, ASPIRIN, LOVASTATIN, ACTOS, NITROGLYCERIN, MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Integrilin dosage: 12.4MG X 2 DOSES IV BOLUS. Patient recovered.
