After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lactic acidosis, overdose, renal failure, renal failure acute. Insuman dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NOVONORM, AMLOR, TAHOR, METFORMIN, DIGOXIN, KORETIC, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient recovered.
