Insulatard side effect was reported by a Physician from INDIA on July 14, 2006. Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type ii diabetes mellitus and was treated with Insulatard. Insulatard dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INSULATARD NOVOLET, VITAMINS. Patient died.

Insulatard side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Mar 29, 2006. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and was treated with Insulatard. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose false positive, device malfunction, hypoglycaemia. Insulatard dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IMOVANE, MORPHINE SULPHATE, DETENSIEL, CONTRAMAL, LASILIX. Patient died.
