Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction, ventricular dysfunction and was treated with Inspra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyperkalaemia, renal impairment. Inspra dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RAMIPRIL. Patient died.

Inspra dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RAMIPRIL, BUMETANIDE, PERINDOPRIL, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE. Patient died on 04/29/2006.

Inspra dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BUFFERIN, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, LABETALOL, PRAVASTATIN, MECLOZINE, PIOGLITAZONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
