After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased. Inspra dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, 1 IN 24 HR) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FOSAMAX, LIPITOR, VITAMIN CAP, ASPIRIN, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 162.3 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure and was treated with Inspra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased, hyperkalaemia, lower respiratory tract infection, renal failure acute. Inspra dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RAMIPRIL, BUMETANIDE, PERINDOPRIL, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE. Patient died on 04/29/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with BUFFERIN, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, LEVOTHYROXINE, LABETALOL, PRAVASTATIN, MECLOZINE, PIOGLITAZONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
