Male patient, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure, implantable defibrillator insertion and was treated with Inspra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased. Inspra dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, SIMVASTATIN, TOREM, IDEOS, CARBIMAZOLE, DELIX. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with XIPAMIDE, TOREM, BENALAPRIL, CARVEDILOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
