Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension and was treated with Inomax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspiration, device failure, heart rate decreased, hepatic congestion, hepatic fibrosis, procedural complication, pulmonary embolism , pulmonary haemorrhage, right ventricular failure. Inomax dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
