Infed Side Effects Report #5372589-X
Infed side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 15, 2006. Male patient, 73 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was treated with Infed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, hypotension, hypoxia, loss of consciousness, pruritus. Infed dosage: 25 MG, TEST DOSE -NOT COMPLETED, INTRAVENOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Infed dosage: INTRAVENOUS; 100 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DECADRON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, chills, diarrhoea, disorientation, duodenal ulcer haemorrhage, dyspnoea, nausea , syncope. Infed dosage: 25MG DAILY INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with HERCEPTIN. Patient recovered.
