Infed side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Feb 03, 2005. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 71.65 lb, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was treated with Infed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, chest discomfort, dyspnoea, hypotension. Infed dosage: 6.7 MG INFUSED OVER 4 MINUTES, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CARDIZEM CD, LASIX, PAXIL, INSULIN, LIPITOR, FOSAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
