Female patient, 28 years of age, was diagnosed with premature labour and was treated with Indomethacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal haemorrhage, ascites, hepatic necrosis, hydrops foetalis, neonatal disorder, placental transfusion syndrome, premature labour. Indomethacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TERBUTALINE SULPHATE, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE. Patient recovered.
