Male patient, weighting 1.76 lb, was diagnosed with patent ductus arteriosus and was treated with Indomethacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, electrocardiogram abnormal, hyperkalaemia, hyponatraemia, neonatal disorder, urine flow decreased. Indomethacin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
