Indomethacin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 08, 2008. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Indomethacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain upper, anorexia, ascites, autoimmune hepatitis, chromaturia, chronic hepatitis, hepatic necrosis, hepatitis acute. Indomethacin dosage: 50 MG TWICE A DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Indomethacin dosage: 75 MG PO 4X1 DAY. During the same period patient was treated with REGLAN, PREVACID, ASPIRIN, ATENOLOL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LIPITOR, LOPID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
