Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Inderal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, chest discomfort, creatinine renal clearance decreased, nausea , palpitations, therapeutic agent toxicity. Inderal dosage: 160 MG 1X PER 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, REMINYL, WARFARIN, ASPIRIN, BENDROFLUAZIDE, THYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
