After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, multi-organ failure, sepsis . Inderal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MERCAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Inderal dosage: 2 MG BID. During the same period patient was treated with ACETATED RINGER. Patient recovered.
