Inderal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 16, 2008. Male patient, 21 years of age, was diagnosed with familial tremor and was treated with Inderal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, anaphylactic reaction, cardiac disorder, chest pain , disturbance in attention, dyspnoea, loss of consciousness, mental impairment, oral intake reduced. Inderal dosage: 60 MG QD PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation , hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and was treated with Inderal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, atrioventricular block, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, loss of consciousness, shock. Inderal dosage: 60 MG ONCE PO, FORMULATION: TABL. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
